Dan Reasy - President
Dan conveys over 35 years experience in all phases of construction, both on and off the construction site. His successes includes both public and private projects throughout the west coast.
Dan's role is to provide overall leadership to the project teams. He will ensure that all team members adhere to the core objectives of your project. Primarily, objectives in the areas of construction material and methods, manpower utilization, safety, and scheduling of work. Dan's diverse field experiences led to his "team approach" to project management. He is actively involved in all phases of project management and interacts daily with field personnel.
Dan is a strong team leader who will challenge and motivate implementation and construction teams to perform at their best for your project.
Todd Reasy - Vice President
Todd's role include overall office management, management of the project for both the pre-constuction and construction phase. He will collaborate with clients, and the design team, increasing the preciseness of the project through his cumulative experience. He will effectively manage all efforts relating to, bid processing, bonding, financial management, estimating, project planning and subcontractor management and coordination. Todd has completed numerous projects in which he acted as overall project manager coordination both design and construction service.
Todd's daily management of the construction business means he is an active participant in all phases of the project implementation and management process. Todd personally handles several of Dakotacals active projects.
